UYGULAMALAR

• 29/5/2025 tarih ve 2025/9903 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ile yürürlüğe giren teşvik sistemi temelde Türkiye Yüzyılı Kalkınma Hamlesi ile Sektörel ve Bölgesel Teşvik Sistemi uygulamalarından oluşmaktadır

Türkiye Yüzyılı Kalkınma Hamlesi 3 farklı programdan oluşmaktadır.

1- Teknoloji Hamlesi Programı

2- Yerel Kalkınma Hamlesi Programı

3- Stratejik Hamle Programı

Sektörel ve Bölgesel Teşvik Sistemi ise 2 farklı programdan oluşmaktadır.

1- Öncelikli Yatırımlar Teşvik Sistemi

2- Hedef Yatırımlar Teşvik Sistemi

• Bu uygulamalar kapsamında sağlanacak destek unsurları aşağıdaki tablolarda gösterilmiştir.

➢ Minimum fixed investment amount in the Target Investment Incentive System, unless specifically stated in the Decision,

12 million TL in the 1st and 2nd regions,
It is 6 Million TL in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th regions.

➢ In cases where the minimum fixed investment amount for the Priority Investments Incentive System is not specified separately in the Decision, the minimum fixed investment amount,

12 million TL in the 1st and 2nd regions,
It is 6 Million TL in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th regions.

➢ The minimum fixed investment amount for the Technology Move Program is determined in the call made within the scope of the Program.

➢ The minimum fixed investment amount for the Local Development Initiative Program is determined in the call made within the scope of the Program.

➢ Minimum fixed investment amount for the Strategic Move Program,

100 million TL for investments in the production of high-tech products,
For other investments, it is 200 million TL.
