Market Research and Market Entry Support
1) Support for Overseas Market Research Trips
Expenses related to overseas market research trips undertaken by companies engaged in industrial and/or commercial activities under this Communiqué are supported at a rate of 70% and up to a maximum of 5,000 USD per overseas market research trip.
The expenses of a maximum of two company employees are supported within the scope of an overseas market research trip, as specified below:
a) Transportation: Economy class air, train, ship, and bus ticket fees used for international and intercity transportation, and car rental expenses up to 50 USD per day.
b) Accommodation: Accommodation (room + breakfast) expenses up to 150 USD per person per day.
A maximum of 10 overseas market research trips per company are supported within each calendar year.
A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 10 days of the overseas market research trip, excluding travel days, are supported.
A maximum of 2 overseas market research trips targeting the same country are supported within one calendar year.
An overseas market research trip can be conducted in a single country or a maximum of three countries.

2) Support for Reports, Acquisition of Foreign Companies, and Foreign Company Brands
Support for Reports and Acquisition of Foreign Companies
Expenses for sector, country, foreign company, or brand-focused reports purchased by companies and cooperation organizations to create market entry strategies and action plans for foreign markets, as well as expenses for financial and legal consultancy services related to the acquisition of foreign companies, are supported at a rate of 60% for companies and 75% for cooperation organizations, up to a maximum of 200,000 USD annually.
The purchased reports must be no older than 2 years from the date of the payment document.
Prior approval from the Ministry is required for the support of expenses related to purchased reports and consultancy services.

Companies/cooperation organizations must submit their support applications to the Ministry within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the payment document, together with the documents specified in the Circular, following the pre-approval of the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports).
Support for Acquisition of High-Technology Foreign Companies and Brands of Foreign Companies
Expenses for financial and legal consultancy services related to the acquisition of foreign companies with advanced technology and that will provide technology transfer are supported at a rate of 75% for companies, up to 500,000 USD annually.
For the acquisition of foreign companies with advanced technology and that will provide technology transfer, 5 percentage points of the credit interest expenses for Turkish Lira-denominated loans and 2 percentage points for foreign currency loans and foreign currency-indexed loans are supported, up to a total of 3,000,000 USD.
For the acquisition of a brand of a foreign company that meets the criteria specified in the Circular, 5 percentage points of the credit interest expenses for Turkish Lira-denominated loans and 2 percentage points for foreign currency loans and foreign currency-indexed loans are supported, up to a total of 2,000,000 USD.
Prior approval must be obtained in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the relevant Circular for the support of consultancy expenses for the acquisition of advanced technology foreign companies and interest expenses for the acquisition of advanced technology foreign companies or brands of foreign companies that meet the criteria specified in the Circular.

Companies/cooperation organizations must submit their support applications to the Ministry within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the payment document, together with the documents specified in the relevant Circular, following the pre-approval of the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports).
3) Support for Sectoral Trade Delegation and Buying Mission Programs
Expenses for Sectoral Trade Delegation programs organized by cooperation organizations under the coordination of the Ministry of Trade are supported at a rate of 50% and up to 100,000 USD per program, and expenses for Buying Mission programs are supported at a rate of 50% and up to 75,000 USD per program.
The following expenses are supported within the framework of Sectoral Trade Delegation and Buying Mission programs organized by cooperation organizations:
a) Transportation: Economy class air, train, ship, bus tickets used for international and/or intercity transportation, and mass transit vehicle rental expenses for a maximum of two people from one company/cooperation organization in Sectoral Trade Delegations, and a maximum of two people from one invited foreign company/organization in Buying Missions.
b) Accommodation: Accommodation (room + breakfast) expenses up to 150 USD per person per day, for a maximum of two people from one company/cooperation organization in Sectoral Trade Delegations, and a maximum of two people from one invited foreign company/organization in Buying Missions.
c) Promotion and Organization Expenses:
1) Translation expenses
2) Rental expenses for seminar, conference, meeting, and B2B meeting venues
3) Exhibition participation expenses
4) Visual and written promotion expenses
5) Public relations service expenses
6) Shipping expenses for products to be exhibited.
The support rate is increased by 10 percentage points if the Sectoral Trade Delegations target the priority and target countries determined by the Ministry.

Cooperation organizations must apply to the Ministry for approval of the Sectoral Trade Delegation and Buying Mission programs they will organize, with the application documents specified in the relevant Circular, at least 3 months before the program start date.
4) Support for Membership to E-Commerce Websites
Group membership expenses to e-commerce websites (approved by the Ministry) are supported at a rate of 80% for Cooperation Organizations.
For group memberships, support of up to a maximum of 2,000 USD per year per e-commerce website is provided to cooperation organizations for each company included in the application.
To benefit from the group membership support, cooperation organizations must have a minimum of 250 companies in the application.
The membership of companies included in group membership applications is supported for a maximum of 3 years for the same website.
Expenses for in-site advertisements and advertising banners on e-commerce websites are not covered by the support.

Cooperation organizations must submit their support payment applications for group membership to the General Directorate of Exports within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the payment document, together with the documents specified in the Circular, following the project approval of the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports).
