Fair Participation Support

The goal of the support is to subsidize the exhibition participations and promotional expenditures made by organizers abroad.

Within this scope, the aim is to promote Turkish export products in foreign markets and contribute to increasing exports.

Companies established under the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, which are members of an Exporters' Association, and producer/manufacturer organizations resident in Turkey benefit from the support.

Support for Exhibition Participations

• Exhibition participations and individual participations carried out by participants within the scope of a foreign exhibition organization are supported, taking into account the size of the participant's stand area in square meters.

• The amount serving as the basis for the support is determined separately for each exhibition in foreign exhibition organizations.

• For sectoral international exhibitions where individual participation is supported, the amount can be determined separately for each exhibition, or on a country and/or sector basis.

Support Limits

The amount of support to be paid to the participant per exhibition is:

• 50,000 Turkish Liras if the foreign exhibition is of a general nature,

• 75,000 Turkish Liras if it is of a sectoral nature,

• 250,000 Turkish Liras if it is one of the prestigious exhibitions determined by the Ministry.

The upper support limits are updated at the beginning of every calendar year by the rate of (CPI + D-PPI) / 2.

Additional Provisions

• The amount serving as the basis for the support refers to the amount to be paid to the participant on a square meter basis, corresponding to the expenses for rent, shipping, transportation, and stand costs, as determined by the Ministry (General Directorate of Exports) and announced on the Ministry's official website.

• The amount serving as the basis for the support cannot exceed 50% of the approximate total cost per square meter determined on an exhibition and/or country and/or sector basis, and cannot exceed 70% in target countries determined by the Ministry.

• A participant may benefit from the prestigious exhibition participation support for the exhibitions determined by the Ministry a maximum of 2 times within a calendar year.

Application Authority: The General Secretariat of the Relevant Exporters' Associations

For a participant's participation in a foreign exhibition organization or an exhibition whose individual participation is supported by the Ministry to be subsidized, the required documents must be sent by the participant via their KEP address to the KEP address of the relevant Exporters' Association General Secretariat either before the exhibition or within a period of 3 months following the end of the exhibition.
